Description

These are a closed species, meaning you can not make one!

The Wyvern Cat is mostly a cat/fish/dragon, leaning more to the cat side, of course.

Physical Features

They have small "horn-nubs" on their elbows and ankles (forgive me if that isn't the ankle :b) and they are always the same size. They grow after birth. They do not have any differences between genders and gender is not important in their society, and same sex Wyvern cats can mate normally without complications. They can be any gender, not just male and female.

They are a mainly "hair-less" creature (They're not slimey or whatever, just furless). The areas where they do have fur is the top of their heads, ears, and tail. They have fur "fins" close to the base of their tails, and the last two "fins" at the end of their tail can sometimes be one "fin", but generally it's two. (if that makes sense)

They always have horns. Their ears are usually tilted downwards, no matter what size. Their tongues are commonly pointed, but they also have curved and split tongues as well. They have "fish whiskers" on their cheeks. They have two horns at the start of their back, four at the beginning of their tail and three at the base of the tail.

Information

Wyvern Cats live in packs, but they are commonly referred to as families, even if they are not related. They're not very picky with food and are omnivores, but their favorites are fish and rocks - usually crystals. They live in underground caves that have water and stone ground. Their beds are made of moss. Generally the caves will have crystals.

The species is very friendly towards other members of the species, and they all get along well. They're curious about similar creatures to them (cats, dragons, fish, etc) but anything that's outside of that they are aggressive if need be and prefer to stay away.

The general behavior of this species is active and playful, but it's not rare to have an anxious or introverted Wyvern Cat. Wyvern Cat's love swimming.

Wyvern Cats give birth to live young, and they open their eyes on an average of 1-2 days after birth. Young need to be taken care of for approximately two to three months before they can survive on their own. At eight months they are fully grown, but at 14 months they are fully mature. Parents and their young always stay close together, and continue to live in the families for as long as needed.

If there's any info I've left out, just comment on what you want to know!
